You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance our competitive edge. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee data analysis, including mark-ups and limits, to inform business decisions * Develop and maintain current and new valuing models to drive revenue growth * Support and lead new product launches to boost net incomes * Ensure data accuracy and precision in all reports and analyses * Produce weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc financial reports for Leisure Products * Analyze and interpret recreation item performance data to inform business decisions * Conduct in-depth research using various sources to support business decisions * Perform ad-hoc research and analysis as required by senior management * Develop and maintain the Leisure Products reporting suite * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and success * Provide daily contact for Avis and Financial Planning * Perform other duties as assigned **Essential Qualifications** * Minimum 3+ years of relevant work experience in a data analysis or related role * Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or related field * Experience in the airline or hospitality industry is highly desirable * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present to senior management * Proven ability to work collaboratively and drive results across multiple teams and stakeholders * Strong technical skills, with expertise in Microsoft Excel and experience with data analysis tools (SQL Server, Power BI, Python, or R) **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in a related field * Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) * Familiarity with agile project management methodologies * Strong understanding of business operations and financial management principles * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment **Work Environment** This role will be based in a professional office environment, with regular use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, and file organizers.
