About the position Responsibilities • Developing and optimizing data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources. • Ensuring data quality, integrity, and availability for data scientists and analysts. • Building and maintaining data warehouses or data lakes (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, Hadoop). • Automating data workflows and ensuring scalability of data systems. • Working with big data technologies to handle structured and unstructured data. Requirements • College degree in Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related fields. • One year experience in defining and analyzing business requirements, process modeling, functional systems design, or configuration and/or acceptance testing. • Experience with a business area that is supported by this position (i.e., Provider Network and Contract Management, Digital Solutions, Pricing, Membership, Claims, etc.). • Expertise in data processing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Kafka, Airflow). • Strong knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling. • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Scala) and query languages (e.g., SQL). • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS S3, Google BigQuery). • Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance. Nice-to-haves • Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Apache NiFi, Talend), big data tools (Hadoop, Spark), cloud storage, and orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Airflow).
