We are committed to fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration, and we are seeking like-minded individuals to join our team. **Job Overview** As a High School Math Tutor, you will be responsible for providing personalized support and guidance to students in the following subjects: * High School Math * Homework Prep * Algebra * Geometry * Calculus **Responsibilities** As a High School Math Tutor, you will be expected to: * Provide a session report for our office and families within 24 hours of each tutoring session * Effectively balance tutoring hours given for each assigned student * Successfully and professionally teach students to fit their individual needs * Service existing clients' concerns, questions, and requests * Follow-up with office when a student's enrollment package is low on hours * Candidates must only service students whose needs meet theirs **Minimum Qualifications** To be considered for this role, you must have: * Minimum 2 years of experience in the education field and industry preferred * Minimum of 2 years of experience in tutoring/teaching in specialized education fields preferred * Credentialed tutors and/or graduate degrees are a plus but not a requirement * Experience with basic Database/ Data Entry * Ability to prepare accordingly for each tutoring session (lesson plan) * Having a personality that is suited for different types of students * Strong administration skills * Strong typing, PC, and recording skills * Having reliable transportation with current car insurance is a must * Access to the internet, a computer, and a smartphone **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with students with diverse learning needs and abilities * Familiarity with educational software and technology * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Experience with lesson planning and curriculum development **Compensation** We offer competitive hourly rates based on experience and qualifications.
