Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support via phone, email, or chat. You will be the face of our company, representing some of the most recognizable brands in the world. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls, emails, or chats, and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues, provide solutions, and escalate complex problems to senior representatives or supervisors as needed
  • Utilize state-of-the-art technology and customer experience methodology to deliver exceptional service and ensure first-call resolution
  • Apply sales skills to upgrade customers, explain products and services, and position arenaflex as a trusted partner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, update account information, and perform data-entry tasks as required
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets, resolve customer issues, and improve overall customer satisfaction

Candidate Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. You should be highly motivated, energetic, and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with data-entry, computer applications, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
  • Basic knowledge of customer service principles, conflict resolution, and problem-solving techniques
  • Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable internet connection (Download speed of 20Mbps+) and a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, inside sales, back-office, chat, or administrative support in a contact center environment
  • State or Federal work experience
  • Previous experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, helpdesk ticketing systems, or other customer service technologies
