Job Overview
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Client Care team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering heart-driven support to our members, helping them navigate their pharmacy benefit plans, and providing solutions to improve their healthcare experience. Key Responsibilities
- Accept inbound calls and respond to questions regarding pharmacy benefit plans, medication coverage, and mail order solutions
- Provide clear and concise information to members, ensuring they understand their coverage and options
- Offer solutions and support to members, addressing their concerns and improving their healthcare experience
- Utilize computer applications and systems to access member information, process requests, and resolve issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless service delivery
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience)
- Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications

- Ability to issue tackle in a positive, helpful way
- Open to interacting with members in a patient, supportive manner that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the member's quality of life
