Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with buyers and sellers to ensure a positive experience on our platform
- Resolve customer issues regarding payments, orders, shipments, and general questions in a timely and professional manner
- Become an expert in blithequark's product, processes, and systems to provide accurate and helpful support
- Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and implement process improvements
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet customer needs
Requirements for Success
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, handling email and/or chat services
- Availability to work overnight shifts from 8pm-5am PST, including weekends
- Understanding of e-commerce and marketplace operations
- Experience with customer-facing systems like Zendesk, Kustomer, or Intercom
- A customer-obsessed mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional support
- Proactive problem-solving and process-improvement skills
- Knowledge of collectibles is a plus, but not required
- Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred
- Previous start-up experience is a plus
