PRO/COA Biostatistician

Position Summary As a member of the global health economics and Outcome Research team, the incumbent will design, conduct analyses related to PRO/COA endpoints in clinical trials and contribute to the dissemination of the results. More specifically, the incumbent is in charge of delivering SAP, conducting the analysis, reporting the results, and contributing to integrating results into the value dossier and regulatory submissions. Key Responsibilities • Developing SAP in collaboration with the HEOR analytics lead. • Provide statistical programming in SAS to conduct the analyses (pre-defined and post-hoc) • Contribute to writing the study report. • Help with integrating the PRO clinical trial results into the value dossier and regulatory submission packages Education and Work Experience • Master’s degree in Biostatistics with a minimum of six (6) years of relevant, post-graduation experience or PhD in biostatistics with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant, post-graduation experience. • Formal training and mastery in SAS programming Skills and Abilities • Strong knowledge of PRO endpoint analysis using clinical trial data • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing skills. • Leadership in strategic planning and execution with strong operational rigor and resourceful thinking • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; experience working with global teams • Experience with shared collaboration spaces (Teams/SharePoint) • Expertise in analytic and visualization tools for reporting and data synthesis • Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration within a matrix organization and successfully managing complex, time-sensitive, transformational projects.
