As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for:- Providing top-notch customer support to blithequark clients, addressing their questions and concerns related to our tax products and software
- Assisting clients with basic navigation, downloading, logging in, importing documents, printing, and filing, as well as answering very basic tax questions
- Building strong relationships with clients, empathizing with their needs, and driving innovation to deliver exceptional service
- Working closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to ensure seamless support and advocacy
- Developing a deep understanding of blithequark's tax products and software, staying up-to-date on new features and updates
- Collaborating with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
