**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing timely and accurate support for their transportation-related queries. You will work closely with our team to resolve member concerns, process requests, and ensure that all relevant information is correct and up-to-date. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will enable you to provide a seamless experience for our members.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Receive and document customer concerns in a timely and accurate manner
* Ensure all company procedures are followed, including the use of structured protocols and scripts to document conversations
* Resolve member concerns while ensuring requests are processed accurately and efficiently
* Multitask effectively to extract necessary information from multiple systems
* Review and educate members on our services and their insurance coverage
* Demonstrate a personal commitment to producing high-quality work and meeting performance expectations
* Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation and resolution
* Work independently under general supervision, with the ability to work overtime as required
**Requirements**
* High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
* 0-2 years of related experience, with a minimum of 6 months of contact center experience or customer service experience
* Strong organization skills, written, and verbal communication skills
* Ability to type 35wpm or more
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to talk and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner while interacting with customers
* Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
* High-speed internet of 25MBPS download and 5MBPS upload, with the ability to provide proof of a speed test
* Ability to directly hardwire to your modem
* Dedicated work area that is separated from other living areas and provides privacy to review company-sensitive documents securely
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting performance expectations and deadlines
