As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to grow professionally, develop new skills, and contribute to meaningful projects that make a difference. **Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for multiple operational functions across the Member Services department, including: * Data management across multiple data management systems, including claims processing systems, case management systems, and databases * Handling sensitive information, such as Protected Health Information (PHI) and Personally Identifiable Information (PII), in adherence with HIPAA and federal data privacy regulations * Communication with multiple business teams internally and the public, ensuring seamless collaboration and exceptional customer service * Maintaining subject matter expertise in federal regulations that define the parameters of the World Trade Center (WTC) Health Program, which define Program eligibilities * Daily processing of diverse work products in a high-volume environment, upholding the highest standards of customer service * Managing in-bound and out-bound calls, working with the public, and identifying issues quickly, escalating them through the management chain as needed **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A High School Diploma or equivalent * 2-5 years of related experience in customer service, call centers, or a similar field * Proficiency in MS Office * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Strong attention to detail * Previous healthcare experience is strongly preferred * Ability to obtain and maintain required clearance **Benefits** As a full-time employee of blithequark, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) retirement plan * Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays * A hybrid schedule with 2 days of work-from-home flexibility * A jeans-every-day office environment that fosters a relaxed and productive atmosphere **Career Growth Opportunities** At blithequark, we are committed to helping our employees grow professionally and personally.
