**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Chat Specialist at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Answering inbound phone calls and responding to email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Performing outbound calls with existing customers to upsell and cross-sell our products and services
* Creating service tickets and scheduling appointments accurately to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Reviewing customer account information to provide personalized support and recommendations
* Utilizing your sales acumen to identify opportunities and close deals
* Collaborating with our internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
* Providing exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat
* Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
**Qualifications**
To succeed as a Customer Chat Specialist at blithequark, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* Strong English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
* Attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
* Excellent email handling skills, with the ability to manage multiple emails and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong customer service focus, with the ability to empathize and prioritize customers' needs
* Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Solid sales acumen, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Minimum typing skills of 30 words per minute, with the ability to type accurately and efficiently
* Determination to succeed, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow
* Personal accountability, with a focus on taking ownership of your work and delivering results
* Contact Center background preferred, but not required
* Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not essential
