Position Overview
This part-time remote position is offered as a long-term contract on Upwork, requiring 4 hours of dedicated work per day, with an additional 6 hours on-call. As an Admin and Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a crucial role in maintaining excellent communication with our customers and coordinating seamlessly with our Amish team. Your responsibilities will be divided between administrative tasks and customer service, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Your role will encompass a variety of tasks designed to support the smooth operation of our farm and enhance customer satisfaction. Key areas of focus include:
- Administration & Data Entry:
- Perform data entry for dairy cow sheets and conduct weekly analysis to ensure we are meeting our operational goals.
- Handle applications and submit necessary forms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain calendars and schedule appointments to keep our team and customers informed.
- Assist with human resources tasks, including updating handbooks and managing paperwork to ensure compliance and clarity.
- Organize and manage our Google Drive to ensure all documents are accessible and up-to-date.
- Customer Service:
- Manage customer emails, calls, and texts, responding promptly and professionally to all inquiries.
- Answer calls, texts, and social media inquiries, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with our Amish team to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.
- Schedule deliveries and manage customer communication regarding raw milk herdshares, keeping customers informed and satisfied.
