Job Description
Oversee daily cost and inventory accounting operations, including:
• Optimizing pricing, profitability, and scalability through accurate costing and inventory control
• Managing product costing and BOM integrity to support strategic decisions
• Monitoring manufacturing and inventory flows for transparency and efficiency
• Analyzing variances and delivering actionable cost and margin insights
• Driving process improvements that strengthen controls and enable growth
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls, regulatory standards, and audit readiness
Additional Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records and reporting across all accounting functions
• Partner with manufacturing and operations to improve financial performance
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
• Assist Controller with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning with focus on COGS and margins
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements
• Support audits with timely, accurate documentation

The Successful Applicant
• A strong background in cost and inventory accounting in the manufacturing sector.
• Manufacturing exposure via public accounting/Big 4 is also acceptable.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
