Regulatory and Compliance Lawyer Consulting Engagement
We are seeking experienced lawyers to participate in a short, paid consulting engagement with a well-capitalized startup generating approximately $11M in annual revenue. We are looking to speak with legal professionals who have worked closely with regulated, operations-heavy industries, particularly where compliance requirements directly affect the movement of goods, materials, or equipment.
This engagement will focus on discussing real-world regulatory frameworks, compliance pain points, enforcement dynamics, and how legal requirements translate into day-to-day operational workflows. Ideal candidates have experience advising clients in areas such as transportation, logistics, ports and terminals, aerospace, hazmat or chemical transport, trade or regulatory compliance, or similarly regulated environments. The goal is to provide practical insight, not legal services or representation, through a small number of paid conversations.
