Corporate Lawyer Needed for Delaware LLC Negotiation Support
I am seeking a corporate lawyer with expertise in Delaware LLC to provide support during a short call with majority shareholder(30-60 minutes). The goal is to discuss and defend my position in the negotiation of new operating agreement terms that are rejected by me in written letter, particularly as a minority member of the LLC. Your legal insights and strategies will be invaluable in ensuring fair and equitable terms. 1. Review a response letter already drafted by my current lawyer which has been submitted to majority shareholders.
