As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex business problems, developing data-driven solutions, and communicating insights to stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Information Systems, Information Representation, and others, to ensure the successful rollout of proposals and drive business results. **Key Responsibilities** * Foster factual and logical models to support cross-functional drives * Collaborate and partner intimately with Information Systems, Information Representation, and others to ensure adaptable rollout of proposals * Use data science and machine learning methods to bring answers to complex questions into scope * Be the subject matter expert for data, analysis, and perception within the Worldwide Tasks or Store network association to ensure accurate and appropriate interpretation of core business metrics and customer behavior * Support wide-scale improvement drives across thousands of providers to improve efficiency and visibility across the store network for our provider partners * Analyze key performance metrics to identify execution issues and drive change * Continuously deliver performance patterns and upgrades to senior management and leadership **What You'll Need** * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as Software Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Systems, Finance, Management, Sociology, or other quantitative discipline * Experience in a quantitative, business intelligence, data science, or engineering role performing quantitative analysis is a plus * Active experience leading quantitative analyses on large datasets; expertise with Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, etc.), and programming languages (Python, R) * Strong knowledge of SQL (TSQL, Google BigQuery, and Vertica, including aggregate functions, joins, etc.) * Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, DataStudio) is a plus * High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities * Solution-oriented, collaborative, and inquisitive attitude * Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative person highly cooperative disposition * Experience in delivering successful projects from start to finish on time **What We Offer** * Competitive salary of $25/hour * Opportunity to work with a talented, diverse, multicultural, and global team * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) matching program * Paid time off and holidays * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **Equal Employment Opportunity** arenaflex is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all qualified individuals, including those with disabilities.
