Law Clerk, Pre-Bar Role
Job Description: • Draft responses to discovery demands • Assists clients in answering questions regarding discovery • Review and serve responses to discovery demands • Assist attorney in preparing materials for trial, arbitration, or mediation • Attend arbitrations, depositions, mediations, and trials with admitted attorney • Review new file assignments and draft initial pleadings (e.g., answer, motion, etc.) and draft discovery • Prepare brief to assist client in presenting cases in small claims court (CA) Requirements: • 4 year Bachelors Degree (Required) • Juris Doctor (Required) • Must be graduating from law school either Winter 2025 or Spring 2026 Benefits: • Real-world legal experience in a corporate setting • Mentorship from seasoned attorneys • A clear path to a full-time attorney role once sworn in as a licensed attorney • A supportive environment to launch your in-house legal career Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
