Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Facebook & TikTok Media Buyer with a strong background in search arbitrage. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager. You will focus on driving targeted traffic, boosting engagement, and maximizing conversions through precise campaign management. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of scaling profitable campaigns across Facebook and TikTok, understands how to leverage search arbitrage strategies, and is comfortable managing high budgets while maintaining strong ROI. Responsibilities • Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook and TikTok advertising campaigns. • Drive high-quality traffic, engagement, and conversions with effective targeting and creative strategies. • Apply search arbitrage techniques to maximize campaign performance and profitability. • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Facebook/TikTok dashboards and third-party tools. • Scale successful campaigns while maintaining or improving ROI. • Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to refine ad creatives, video concepts, and landing pages. • Stay up to date with the latest Facebook and TikTok advertising updates, trends, and best practices. Qualifications • Proven experience as a Facebook and/or TikTok Media Buyer, with a focus on search arbitrage. • Strong knowledge of campaign structures, audience targeting, creative testing, and optimization strategies. • Track record of managing multiple high-budget campaigns simultaneously. • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions to maximize ROI. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Passionate about digital advertising and continuously staying ahead of industry trends.
