Responsibilities
• Serve as long-term legal partner for BioLabShare, Inc.
• Provide legal counsel across a portfolio of 20+ biotech, life-science, and health-AI companies.
• Assist in real-estate development, capital formation, regulatory strategy, and startup incubation.
