Business Intelligence Analyst – People Analytics
We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support a high-performing People Analytics function by developing innovative dashboards, driving insights, and enabling data-backed decisions for HR and business leadership. This role will work with multiple data sources, create user-friendly reporting tools, and translate complex information into meaningful recommendations. The ideal candidate is proactive, self-driven, highly communicative, and thrives in an environment where ownership and accountability are key.
Key Requirements
• Demonstrated ability to operate as a self-starter, driving tasks to completion with minimal oversight.
• Strong, proactive communication—keeps stakeholders informed, asks questions early, and escalates risks before they impact timelines.
• Highly engaged, dependable, and consistent in producing high-quality deliverables.
• Must be available Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm local time (standard lunch break included).
• Expected to remain responsive and actively engaged during core hours.
Responsibilities
Dashboard Development & Innovation
• Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards with clean, intuitive visualization structures.
• Develop forward-thinking solutions that simplify complex workforce and operational data.
• Continuously improve dashboard design based on analytics best practices.
Data Integration & Reporting
• Utilize Databricks and other platforms to extract, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources including recruiting, job profiles, and workforce arrangements.
• Partner with team members and data warehouse teams to onboard and manage new data inputs.
• Produce reports, datasets, and analysis based on business needs and available data.
Tools, Systems & Workflow Optimization
• Enhance and streamline analytics tools, reports, and databases for improved performance and usability.
• Create new data views, update outdated fields, and retire irrelevant components to improve efficiency.
Project & Stakeholder Management
• Coordinate and manage deliverables tied to key People Analytics initiatives.
• Act as a consultative partner—shifting from order-taking to recommending data-driven solutions.
• Document timelines, scope, requirements, and outcomes to ensure smooth execution.
Strategic Insights & Analytics
• Identify trends and patterns that influence workforce strategy and internal decision-making.
• Turn analytical findings into presentations, stories, and outcomes that guide leadership.
• Build forecasts, business recommendations, and tactical insights using internal and market data.
Independent Work Expectation
• Must be highly self-directed with the ability to work independently and proactively manage workload and deadlines.
