Salary: $37,000–$45,000 annually (based on experience) ; Benefits Available.

Location: Remote-based with minor local driving required within the Tri-County area (West Palm, Broward, Miami)
We’re seeking a Corporate Administrative Assistant with strong organizational skills and experience supporting construction or operations teams. This role is primarily remote, with occasional local travel to offices or job sites.
Responsibilities:
• Support corporate operations with document control, vendor coordination, and project tracking.
• Assist with account clean-ups, reports, and general administrative tasks.
• Communicate with vendors and property managers on project updates or documentation needs.
• Maintain organized digital files and ensure accuracy in reporting.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of administrative experience (construction or operations background a plus).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and general office software.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license for occasional local errands.
