We are seeking an experienced Database Developer with strong LIMS, SQL, and Oracle expertise. The role involves environment setup, data cleansing, database configuration, and system validation within a regulated environment. Primary Responsibilities: Environmental Setup & System Cloning Set up required environments/DB for data cleansing and validate readiness Configure data filtration scripts to filter specific datasets and enable continuous replication Remove security groups, permissions, and security keys from cloned systems Data Cleansing Analyze database structures and develop cleansing scripts across multiple tables Remove specific datasets, product codes, documents, attachments, and PII from cloned environments Testing & Validation Create verification scripts to ensure restricted data is not shared Perform regression testing to validate system accuracy Documentation Prepare documentation for application cloning, integration steps, and system setup instructions Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in LIMS, SQL, Oracle Strong experience with LabVantage LIMS v8+ Solid understanding of build and deployment processes Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Advanced knowledge of Java modules, including web services, Hibernate, JMS Experience with Jasper Reports is a plus Expertise in SQL (Oracle or MS SQL) with ability to write complex queries Experience with Java EE servers (WebLogic, JBoss, WebSphere) Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
