You'll work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, providing professional customer service and product consultation to internal and external customers via phone, email, and other communication channels. Your primary responsibility will be to receive and respond to in-bound calls, provide product knowledge, and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner. **Key Responsibilities** * Receive and respond to in-bound calls in accordance with a set script * Provide excellent customer service and product consultation to internal and external customers * Assist in meeting customer service goals and service level agreements * Achieve all requirements outlined in the Call Center Department Handbook * Serve customers through various methods, including phone, email, web-forms, and chat * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service * Process orders, respond to inquiries, and handle complaints in a professional and courteous manner * Make decisions on customer requests using established guidelines * Take accountability for following through on all issues * Meet requirements as set by the contract, which may be subject to change * Learn and continue to reinforce current product knowledge relative to customer needs and inquiries * Utilize reference materials to assist and resolve any inquiries * Maintain the strictest confidentiality and privacy of customer and agency information **Essential Functions** * Perform all physical requirements of the position, including sitting, standing, typing, and focusing on computer work for long durations * Perform all specific responsibilities of the position, including receiving and responding to in-bound calls, providing customer service, and resolving customer inquiries and issues * Meet schedule requirements, including nights, weekends, and holidays, including variable shifts **Qualifications** * High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred * Prior customer service experience desired * Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Internet navigation * Ability to type 30 wpm * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal * Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information * Ability to learn and demonstrate knowledge of products and services supported by blithequark **Preferred Qualifications** * Bilingual capability a plus * Prior use of Assistive Technology, including JAWS and MAGIC, desirable * Experience working in a remote call center environment **Work Environment** * Work from home in a quiet, distraction-free environment * Access to reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated phone line * Use of a headset and other necessary equipment provided by blithequark * Opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive team environment **Compensation and Benefits** * Competitive hourly rate * Opportunities for overtime and bonuses * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off and holidays * Professional development opportunities and training programs **How to Apply** If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a positive impact on people's lives, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
