Elite Fractional CMO (Execution + Strategy) - $2,500/Month per Client - Contract to Hire
We are a fast-growing marketing firm providing Fractional CMO + execution services for businesses that want real growth — not fluff, not theory, but measurable results.
We are now looking for top-tier Fractional CMOs who can take over a company’s marketing system, identify bottlenecks, create a clear plan, and lead execution with confidence.
If you have actually run marketing at a high level, built systems, managed teams, and driven growth at scale — we want you.
Role Overview
You will act as the lead CMO for multiple clients (only the ones you choose and qualify).
Your responsibilities include:
Deep Business Diagnosis
Conduct a detailed analysis of the client’s industry, competitors, messaging, and acquisition systems
Identify real bottlenecks and opportunities
Convert raw information into actionable insights
Strategic Growth Planning
Create a clear, custom 90-day growth plan for each client
Outline key KPIs, channels, and action steps
Simplify complex operations into a roadmap a team can follow
Execution Leadership
Work with our internal marketing team and clients’ teams
Provide direction across ads, funnels, email, creative, CRO, brand, and strategy
Keep the plan on track and aligned with business goals
Hold weekly or bi-weekly leadership meetings with clients
Accountability
Own the numbers
Track performance
Adjust strategy to maximize ROI
This is NOT a “consultant” role.
This is hands-on leadership + execution oversight.
Compensation
$2,500/month per client (most CMOs take on 2–4 clients depending on bandwidth)
Additional performance incentives available
You are not responsible for client acquisition — we provide the leads and book the calls
Requirements
We are ONLY looking for individuals who meet the following:
5+ years in senior marketing leadership roles (CMO, Head of Growth, VP Marketing, etc.)
Proven experience scaling businesses
Strong understanding of direct response, paid ads, funnels, CRO, content, SEO, and retention
Comfortable running strategy calls and leading teams
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to create clarity, not complexity
Portfolio or work examples required
