Client Onboarding Coordinator – Marketing Agency Experience
Job Description:
• Provides support across paid media, organic media and client services with client onboarding, and account creation.
• Pre- Onboarding Support: Sending the contract, ensuring the contract is signed, gathering W9’s, ensuring it matches the property name/property address.
• Onboarding Supporting: Filling out the onboarding sheet, entering the tasks, entering into Salesforce, creating the folders in Drive, creating an internal budget sheet, organizing assets, creating PMC specific emails
• Onboarding Support: Managing client communication to gather items, assets, logins, follow up, task submission, sharing preview links, cross-dept communication on onboarding status.
• Onboarding Support: GTM creation, GA4 permission set up, GSC verification, GBP, Facebook setup.
• Onboarding Support: Obtaining access to social media profiles including 2 factor authentication and connecting social profiles, sync Instagram with Facebook Business Page on Meta Business Suite.
• Post Launch Support: Complete Salesforce service mappings, audit Salesforce property accuracy, audit property dashboards, assign client access, provide PMC integration instructions
• Actively participate in department meetings and brainstorming sessions, contributing insights and solutions to enhance operational efficiencies.
• Stay up-to-date with trends, best practices, and platform algorithm changes across both the multifamily and digital marketing industry.
Requirements:
• 2 plus years of experience in Digital Marketing with an emphasis on Onboarding and Account Setup in Google Ad and Meta.
• Familiarity with tracking and analytics tools (Google Analytics, GTM, Salesforce, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process optimization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
