**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Customer Experience Manager at blithequark, you'll be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences across our social media channels and retail operations. You'll work closely with your Store Manager to develop and implement strategies that drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance brand awareness. **Key Responsibilities**
* Business Strategy: Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement business strategies that align with company goals and objectives, while demonstrating sales leadership through active floor presence and job shadowing (70% of the time)
* Customer Excellence: Ensure all team members deliver a top-notch customer experience, proactively addressing and resolving any concerns related to vehicle quality and readiness
* Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop sales and service staff, maintaining high position satisfaction, providing continuous performance feedback, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
* Brand Standards: Maintain brand principles through store maintenance, display area presentation, and cost control, while ensuring consistency with company dress code and grooming standards
**What You'll Bring**
* Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant experience in a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Self-starting business leader with outstanding management skills, exceptional attention to detail, and ability to focus on multiple tasks while adhering to business-critical deadlines
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a dedicated and moral approach to sales and customer service tasks
* Ability to develop strong relationships and serve as a trusted partner to colleagues and customers
* Ability to work nights and weekends in a retail environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
* Valid driver's license in the state of work and ability to obtain necessary state licensing, where applicable
* This role requires an Engine Vehicle Salesman Permit issued by the Virginia State Department of Motor Vehicles. Without the sales rep permit, you cannot participate in sales activities
