As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be part of a team that supplies inventory plan management, ensuring operational compliance of fairness-based long-term incentive plans and inventory buy plans. **What You'll Do for Us** As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll contribute to a team that: * Performs daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of fairness-based long-term incentive plans and inventory buy plans * Processes the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and inventory buy plan Matching proportion awards * Reviews fairness transaction activity, including transactions associated with stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and inventory buy plan activities, to ensure correct and timely buy, release, settlement, and reporting * Researches, tracks, and responds to questions obtained from participants, process partners, or other stakeholders * Supports fairness-based long-term incentive award delivery process and inventory buy plan enrollment activities * Produces ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations * Reviews and maintains fairness management methods and documentation * Performs other fairness plan management tasks as requested **Qualifications & Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred * At least 1 year of experience in inventory plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a related field preferred * Experience working with multiple inventory plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and inventory buy plans, is preferred * Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and methods quickly * Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday in particular), methods, and interrelationships of data transfers * Ability to investigate and convert findings into precise actionable recommendations **Functional Skills** * Strong attention to detail * Clear communication * Data analysis * Customer service focus **What We'll Do for You** * Be part of a diverse team of professionals working together to make a difference in the world * Work in a truly global environment with daily interaction with people from diverse countries, functions, and cultures * Develop your skills and competencies through ongoing training and development opportunities * Enjoy a competitive compensation package, including a $25/hour rate * Participate in a comprehensive benefits program, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off **Benefits** At blithequark, we empower our employees to prioritize their development through building skills and taking on new experiences.
