Day in the Life of a Human Resource Associate
- Learn, administer, and optimize HR processes such as, staffing, new hire orientation, compensation, benefits, performance management, employee relations, employee development, and org design/effectiveness in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Partner with other HR professionals and business clients throughout Bell and Textron to develop, implement, and assess the effectiveness of solutions
- Manage human resources policies, procedures, and programs
- Use data to make informed decisions
- Always maintain confidentiality and discretion
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher with a major in Human Resources or related field required
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Highly professional demeanor and presence conducive with a corporate environment.
- Willingness to learn, collaborate with team members, and develop transferable skills
- Superior attention to detail and accuracy with excellent organizational, project, and time management skills
- Relaxed Dress Code (“Dress For Your Day” policy)
- Every other Friday or every Friday off, depending on your work location and team
- 120 hours of Vacation + additional Personal Time Off
