**The Role**
As a German Speaking Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our German-speaking customers, ensuring that their queries are resolved efficiently and effectively. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Seamlessly processing customer orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy at every step
* Being the friendly face behind the brand, nurturing relationships with existing customers and warmly welcoming new enquiries
* Coordinating with carriers and freight forwarders
* Keeping customer files up to date on SAP and related software, maintaining up-to-date product and pricing information
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
* Process customer orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
* Coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of goods
* Maintain up-to-date customer files on SAP and related software
* Provide product and pricing information to customers as required
* Work collaboratively with the sales and logistics teams to resolve customer queries and issues
**Essential Qualifications:**
* German language proficiency (spoken and written)
* Experience working in a fast-paced sales and logistics office environment
* Good understanding of the transit of goods from overseas, import and export documentation
* Brand ambassador who lives and breathes the company values
* Proficient on email, Word, and Excel
* Attention to detail
* Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with SAP/SAP S/4 Hana
* Previous experience in a customer service or sales role
* Knowledge of import and export regulations and procedures
**Skills and Competencies:**
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with the sales and logistics teams
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
