As an Airport Skycap Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless travel experience. About the Role: As an Airport Skycap Agent, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, assisting passengers with baggage handling, resolving issues with delayed, lost, or damaged items, and utilizing computer software to track and catalog luggage. You will also be required to handle customer interactions with professionalism and efficiency, perform other related duties as assigned, and lift/carry/push/pull and move items of 70 pounds and/or more regularly.
