Senior Valuations Analyst

About the Company: This is a full-time role with a partner agency in the self-storage industry, specializing in technology-driven storage solutions. The company enhances the rental experience through seamless digital tools and personalized customer service, helping individuals and businesses with secure, convenient storage options. Location: Latin America - Fully Remote Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities: • Build and own sophisticated valuation models across the portfolio. • Analyze cash flows, budgets, and forecasts to drive decision-making. • Partner with marketing, revenue, and operations teams to maximize returns. • Translate complex financial data into clear, strategic insights for leadership. Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful • 3+ years of experience in real estate finance, investment banking, or similar fields. • Advanced Excel skills; experience with Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or Python is a plus. • Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, and full P&L ownership. • CFA or CPA preferred but not required. • Comfortable working US hours.
