Today, we have expanded our footprint to more than 90 countries.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>As Temu continues to grow globally, we are seeking a Litigation Counsel to help handle our high-stakes litigation and government investigations in the US.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Handle and manage outside counsel's work relating to US federal and state litigation matters, including strategy support, pleadings, discovery, and resolution.</li><li>Handle and manage outside counsel's working relating to government or regulatory investigations and inquiries.</li><li>Provide legal analysis and advice on litigation risk, and monitor relevant legal and regulatory developments.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to help manage and reduce potential disputes.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of substantive litigation experience, including exposure to regulatory or government matters.</li><li>Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent.</li><li>Strong research, drafting and advocacy skills; able to manage multiple complex matters.</li><li>Experience managing fact and expert discovery, ad preparing company witnesses for depositions and testimony.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Compensation & Benefits</strong></p><p>The total salary for this position ranges from $350,000 to $550,000 annually, and the salary will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skills, ensuring a competitive and attractive offer.
