[Remote] Senior Sales Executive – Legal Lead Generation (MVA and Mass Torts)

They are seeking a Senior Sales Executive with deep experience in selling legal marketing and case acquisition services to plaintiff law firms and legal marketing buyers, focusing on managing client relationships and closing new business. Responsibilities • Sell MVA and mass tort leads and case acquisition services to plaintiff law firms and legal marketing companies nationwide • Develop and close new client relationships through a combination of outbound prospecting, referrals, conferences, and existing market demand • Manage the full sales cycle from initial conversation through close and ongoing relationship development • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key decision makers at law firms and agencies • Represent Adwire Media at national legal and marketing conferences several times per year • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations, lead delivery, and performance standards are met • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets in a performance-driven environment Skills • 5+ years of experience selling legal marketing, legal leads, or case acquisition services • Demonstrated success selling directly to plaintiff law firms, legal buyers, or marketing agencies • Strong understanding of MVA and mass tort lead economics, intake quality, and buyer expectations • Proven ability to close high-value accounts and maintain long-term client relationships • Comfortable with outbound prospecting, relationship-based selling, and conference networking • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote sales role • Performance-focused mindset with a strong desire to build significant income through commission • Formal education is not required.
