Senior Accountant, Investment Management
About the position
Responsibilities
• Oversee functions related to accounts payable, including processing vendor invoices and ensuring timely payments.
• Review expense submissions for compliance with firm policies and manage expense systems.
• Maintain accurate cash records and manage relationships with banks and accounts.
• Improve accounting procedures and internal control systems to streamline cash management.
• Assist in preparing quarterly financial statements and handle other projects as requested by senior management.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, with a CPA certification being a priority.
• A minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the VC/PE sector.
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized multi-tasker with a commitment towards continual learning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
