Administrative, Data Entry and Bookkeeping Co-Ordinator
An HK and US-based apparel and E-commerce company is looking for a virtual assistant, bookkeeper, and data entry coordinator. We are looking for someone accurate, incredibly organized, communicates well, and is a professional. Daily functions include bookkeeping, administrative coordination, email communication, ERP system integration, monthly reporting and coordination, but not limited to:
Validation of customer orders regarding quantities and quotations – entry into the system
Entry of purchase orders into the system and submission to suppliers
Entry of goods received and supplier invoices into the system
Issuance of invoices to customers
Preparation of account statements for suppliers and customers
Allocation of payments for purchase and sales invoices
The position is best suited to someone who has a flexible schedule and can work when requested; most functions will occur between 9 am and 5 pm EST. We're looking for clear and frequent communication, ideally through Slack, ClickUp, and email. No agencies and outsourcing companies, please.
