About the Role

Requirements

To succeed as a Part-time Inbound Chat Specialist at blithequark, you will need:

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (preferred but not necessary)
• Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
• A strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being a plus
• A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment
• Availability to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with a minimum of 20 hours per week
• Ability to attend 4 weeks of training full-time, Tuesday - Saturday, between 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM CST
• A typing speed of at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above being preferred
