Caring Connection is seeking a highly motivated and independent Remote Data Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, verifying, and maintaining data within our systems. You'll work independently with minimal supervision, leveraging your strong attention to detail and proficiency in computer systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter data into our databases and maintain data integrity.
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets to track data.
• Regularly review and update information in the database.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of all data.
• Perform data quality control checks.
• Resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate data entry.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Comfortable working with various computer systems and databases.
• Ability to maintain the confidentiality and security of all data.
• No prior experience is required, but experience in data entry or related fields is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay rate: $35-40 per hour
