• Reviewing and verifying ticket and voucher issuance to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Managing vendor relationships and overseeing supply requests and inventory management
• Processing invoices and investigating discrepancies
• Coordinating employee parking and fuel distribution

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• High school diploma or GED equivalency
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience with key applications such as Coupa, Workbrain, and SharePoint
• Knowledge of the Internal Controls Manual (ICM)
• Previous experience in a similar role or industry
