Your Role:
Responsibilities:
- Immerse yourself in Blue Wheel's culture, team, and product, and establish a deep understanding of our values and mission.
- Build and cultivate positive relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of assigned clients' business needs and objectives, developing tailored strategies to drive growth and success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Team Leads and Project Managers, to problem-solve and manage projects using Asana.
- Develop and contribute to Canva decks for prospect audits, client launches, business reviews, and strategy planning, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Create and implement strategy plans, working closely with internal and client teams to drive brand growth and expansion.
- Define and execute brand growth strategies for assigned accounts, ensuring alignment with client objectives and goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, managing and addressing requests, and ensuring exceptional client service.
- Manage wholesale and managed client projects throughout the digital lifecycle, including resource allocation, progress monitoring, and deadline management.
- Audit Seller and Vendor accounts to identify growth opportunities, leveraging automation software and attention to detail.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Amazon account management experience (Walmart and eBay experience a plus).
- 2+ years of experience in Asana Project Management/Digital Project Management.
- Experience with Amazon digital content, including SEO/copy, A+ content, and Stores.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and listening skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partnerships.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to work with and influence peers and senior management.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a self-starter attitude and a realistic, optimistic approach.
- Ability to contribute at all levels of the business, from high-level strategy to day-to-day hands-on operations, and motivate teams to produce desired outcomes within tight timeframes.
