- Manage large complex key accounts and expand market share and reach.
- Build relationships on multiple levels at key accounts, including executive leadership
- Establish internal relationships with the Huntsman Executive Leadership team and facilitate interaction between key accounts and Huntsman’s executive leaders
- Establish and implement strategic account plans.
- Drive internal coordination in a matrixed environment to fulfill key account needs.
- Manage CRM components including an opportunity pipeline and call reports.
- Gather information on competition and key market dynamics
- Leverage sales and pricing excellence strategies to increase business profitability.
- Negotiate sustainable contracts and service offerings
- Be an active change agent for the regions Hforce strategy.
- Bachelors degree in Business administration or related field.
- 10+ years of Account Management experience
- 5+ years of Key Account leadership experience.
- 7+ years of experience in all the below aspects:
- B2B selling.
- Existing relationship at C-suit level.
- Contract management experience.
- Financial analysis experience and strong business acumen.
- Masters degree in Business administration or related field.
