You will work closely with our investment teams and contribute to the development and implementation of risk management strategies.To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of investment risk concepts and possess excellent quantitative and analytical skills. Conduct in-depth analysis of investment portfolios to identify potential risks and assess overall performance. Monitor and report on key risk indicators, including market, credit, liquidity, and operational risks. Collaborate with investment teams to understand their strategies and ensure risk management practices are aligned with their objectives. Develop and implement risk management strategies and procedures to mitigate potential risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Utilize quantitative and analytical skills to evaluate investment performance and identify areas for improvement. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, clients, and regulatory bodies. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in investment risk management. Provide guidance and support to junior analysts in the team. Conduct stress tests and scenario analysis to assess the impact of potential market events on investment portfolios. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve risk management processes and systems. Proactively identify and escalate any potential risk issues to senior management. Collaborate with other departments, such as compliance and legal, to ensure risk management practices are in line with company policies and procedures. Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investment teams, clients, and regulatory bodies. Continuously review and improve risk management processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
