General Manager – HVAC & Plumbing Location: Fort Worth, TX Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 + Bonuses & Profit Sharing Benefits: Health Insurance, 401K, PTO, Holiday Pay, Phone Allowance About the Role: We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and drive the success of our HVAC & Plumbing business. This role oversees operations, financial performance, team leadership, and customer satisfaction to ensure profitability and growth. The ideal candidate has a strong background in residential service management, with expertise in P&L oversight, operational efficiency, and team building. Key Responsibilities: • Operational Leadership: Oversee daily business operations, ensuring efficiency and high service standards. • Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, pricing structures, and cost controls to meet revenue and profitability goals. • Team Management: Recruit, train, and lead technicians, sales teams, and office staff to drive performance and engagement. • Sales & Customer Service: Monitor dispatching, service delivery, and customer experience to ensure high satisfaction. • Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, permits, and safety protocols. • Process Improvement: Implement strategic initiatives, operational efficiencies, and business growth plans. Qualifications: • State of Texas HVAC License • 10+ years in residential service operations (HVAC, plumbing, or related industries). • 5+ years in a management role, leading teams and driving business success • Proven P&L management and financial oversight experience. • Strong background in sales strategy, forecasting, and cost analysis. • Experience building and developing high-performing teams. • Knowledge of business laws, employment regulations, and safety standards. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM software. • Valid driver’s license with a clean record. • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
