Under the direction of our marketing strategy lead, the Marketing Operations Technologist will support different product categories by weaving strategy and creativity into inspiring and functional customer-facing assets. This role will focus primarily on taking creative documentation and developing it into adaptable, mobile-friendly digital assets. In addition, the Marketing Ops Technologist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure there is alignment on campaign/project goals and expectations. Please note, this is a contract position. Responsibilities • Develop and deploy marketing campaigns including but not limited to email, CRM, and SMS • Monitor deployed communications • QA digital assets to ensure they are responsive, mobile-friendly, trackable, and functional • Use scripting to provide dynamic data to communications • Support overall operations efficiency by driving process and documentation improvements • Drive requirements for the implementation and integration of an evolving outstanding marketing automation platform • Support special projects as assigned Requirements • 1-2 years of experience in campaign marketing environment • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, computer science or related field preferred • Experience working with B2B and B2C context • Detailed understanding of translating sophisticated marketing requirements within a large and sophisticated customer database • Experience with email marketing is required • Deep knowledge of HTML/CSS • Some scripting ability: JavaScript, C#, Python • Proven experience troubleshooting, identifying issues • Strong analytical skills are a must • Experience working with multiple partners including MarTech Platform Team, Data Platform • Experience with an enterprise level Marketing Automation platform such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud is required Nice-to-haves • Salesforce Marketing Certification is a plus • Advanced AMPScript experience • Familiarity in testing/optimization methodologies • Strong project management skills • Self-critical, analytical and meticulous approach to work • Ability to rapidly adapt to new processes, learn new systems, and quickly diagnose and solve emergent issues • Hands-on experience with SQL syntax, relational database models, and data driven marketing platforms • Hands on experience with Server-Side JavaScript • Highly organized, able to manage parallel deadlines, and has prioritization skills • Keen attention to detail • Works well under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment Benefits • Competitive pay • Hybrid home/office workplace • Monthly “Free Fridays” • Early shutdowns on Fridays throughout the year • Half-days during the summer Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
