Position Overview We're hiring Remote Certified Pharmacy Technicians licensed in Illinois (or willing to apply for an IL license) to support a top healthcare client. This fully remote position involves managing pharmacy orders, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Spanish language skills are preferred but not required. Key Responsibilities • Manage pharmacy orders via phone, fax, or web. • Resolve customer inquiries, returns, and shipment issues. • Coordinate with distribution and manufacturing teams. • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records. • Communicate professionally with patients and healthcare providers. Requirements • Active Illinois Pharmacy Technician License (or must obtain before training, application fees will be reimbursed). • Active PTCB (PTCE) or ExCPT (NHA) certification (must provide before interview). • Reside in FL, IN, IL, or WI. • 2 to 4 years of customer service, supply chain, or call center experience (within the U.S.). • Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills. • Spanish proficiency preferred.
