Logistics & Freight Forwarder Supervisor (Work From Home - Must reside in Las Vegas, NV)

Job Summary Eagle’s Wings Air (EWA) is looking for a Logistics and Freight Forwarder Supervisor to bring daily structure, accountability, and execution discipline to our logistics operations. Our operating model works. What we are building now is consistent execution. This role exists to ensure the operation stays in control, decisions happen early, reports are accurate, and problems do not linger. Schedule Expectations: • Work From Home (Must reside in Las Vegas, NV) • Schedule: MONDAY - FRIDAY 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM EST / 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM PST with Weekend On-Call Rotation What You’ll Be Doing: Daily Operations • Oversee PM and late‑day operations to ensure work clears cleanly and on time • Manage daily work volume, task assignment, and workflow prioritization • Enforce turnover, escalation, and communication standards • Ensure issues are identified and addressed early — not at the end of the day Team Leadership • Supervise and coach a remote team of Client Care Coordinators • Clarify expectations, roles, and accountability • Monitor attendance, coverage, and performance • Address performance issues early and directly Execution & Escalation • Own same‑day issue escalation and resolution (airlines, partners, internal blockers) • Lead rapid huddles when service or operational issues arise • Ensure decisions are documented and communicated clearly • Protect AM operations by making PM decisions early Reporting & Accuracy • Review operational reports for accuracy and logical flow • Ensure staffing, service levels, and exceptions are correctly reflected • Prevent known reporting errors from being published • Provide leadership with clean, decision‑ready information Process Improvement • Help document and standardize operational workflows • Identify inefficiencies and recommend practical fixes • Support system and tooling transitions as needed • Reinforce process discipline without creating unnecessary bureaucracy What This Role Is Not • Not a strategy or program design role • Not a watch and wait position • Not a role for someone uncomfortable making decisions • Not an administrative task‑only supervisor Qualifications Required • 3–5+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or operations supervision • Experience leading teams in time‑sensitive or high‑volume environments • Strong decision‑making and follow‑through under pressure • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable holding reports accountable Preferred • Air cargo or freight forwarding experience • Familiarity with airport operations and airline booking environments • Familiar with WiseTech - CargoWise or similar freight forwarding systems • International or Interline logistics experience Skills That Succeed Here • Strong situational awareness • Calm, decisive leadership style • Attention to detail and operational accuracy • Ability to see problems early and act quickly • Comfortable working with remote teams Should you require assistance or a reasonable accommodation to access job postings, apply for a position, or at any time throughout the recruiting process, please contact Human Resources via email at HR@AnCorHR.com.
