Sales Development Representative – AI Solutions
Job Description:
• Generate and qualify leads through multiple channels, including:
• Active participation in industry events, conferences, and weekly NYC metro events
• Cold and warm outreach and campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone, ABM)
• Leveraging both Stride’s company connections and your personal network
• Secure first meetings with prospects and convert networking activity into a consistent stream of qualified leads
• Present Stride’s unique AI-accelerated services and products to technology executives and their teams facing challenges with legacy systems, productivity, or delivery
• Utilize consultative skills to uncover needs by asking thoughtful, curious questions and tailoring conversations on the spot
• Maintain a highly organized pipeline with detailed, data-driven tracking in CRM
• Explore, identify and execute new ways to generate leads.
Requirements:
• 3–8 years of proven success in top-of-funnel lead generation and business development
• Experience selling technology services, with a consultative, solutions-based approach
• Documented track record of meeting or exceeding lead targets
• Strong in-person networking skills; able to rapidly build rapport in time-constrained conference settings
• Comfortable and enthusiastic about attending multiple in-person events weekly in the NYC metro area, as well as events through other major US cities from time to time
• Skilled in multi-channel prospecting (LinkedIn, email, phone, events)
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI and emerging technologies, with the ability to speak credibly about business impact.
