[Remote] Sales Development Representative - SDR

Responsibilities • Make 80–100 outbound touches per day through calls and texts to warm leads • Conduct daily roleplays and submit calls for review to receive feedback • Log every call, note, and next step in HubSpot the same day without exceptions Skills • Ability to make 80-100 outbound touches per day • Experience with calls and texts to warm leads • Ability to handle objections and build trust • CRM discipline, specifically in HubSpot • Willingness to participate in daily roleplays and submit calls for review • Strong communication skills to engage with business owners • Ability to work independently from a home office • Impact-driven mindset with a focus on client success • High-performing attitude with a commitment to daily preparation • Humbly confident approach to learning and coaching • Ability to maintain a positive and energetic demeanor Company Overview • Most business owners are trapped in their own company.
