You'll work directly with homeowners who have recently experienced storm damage, guiding them through the insurance claims process and helping them get the roof replacement they're entitled to. This is a phone-based, work-from-home position with a warm lead flow — no cold calling strangers. Every homeowner you speak with has already received a storm damage inspection. What You'll Do • Contact homeowners who have received storm damage inspections • Walk them through the insurance claims filing process • Review pricing proposals and explain scope of work • Follow up consistently and close the sale • Maintain accurate records in our CRM What We're Looking For • Strong phone communication skills • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently • Sales experience preferred — insurance or roofing a plus • Reliable internet connection and home office setup • Coachable, driven, and results-oriented Compensation & Benefits • $40,000 guaranteed base salary • Uncapped commission structure • Expected first-year earnings: $90,000–$120,000 • Flexible schedule • Full remote — work from anywhere in the US • Ongoing training and support provided Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: • Health insurance • Work from home Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
