Job Summary
We are seeking a data-driven and analytical Digital Marketing Analyst to evaluate the performance of digital marketing campaigns and support strategy optimization. The ideal candidate will leverage data to provide actionable insights, improve campaign ROI, and drive overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns across channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising
• Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs and campaign performance metrics
• Conduct A/B testing and multivariate experiments to optimize digital campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and sales teams to improve campaign effectiveness
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights from large datasets to inform marketing strategies
• Support marketing automation, CRM, and lead generation initiatives
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve ROI, engagement, and conversion rates
• Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing analytics, marketing operations, or business analysis
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other digital marketing platforms
• Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel or data analysis tools
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.)
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media analytics
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or R for data analysis
