B2B Email Marketing Specialist (Clinical Research, 3+ years experience)
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented B2B Email Marketing Automation Specialist with experience in clinical research, life sciences, or healthcare services to support campaign execution, list development, and marketing systems optimization.
This is a long-term contract opportunity (8-10 hours/week) working closely with leadership. Must be available for regular collaboration during 8am–3pm CST
This role is ideal for someone who understands how to market into clinical research organizations (Sponsors, CROs, research sites, healthcare systems) and can execute with precision across both campaigns and technical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing & Campaign Execution
• Build and execute targeted B2B email campaigns using Apollo.io and integrated platforms
• Manage workflows, A/B testing, and campaign logic
• Monitor performance and optimize for engagement, conversions, and response quality
List Development & Data Management
• Source and build high-quality, targeted prospect lists within clinical research and life sciences
• Identify and segment audiences (Sponsors, CROs, site networks, investigators, healthcare systems)
• Maintain data quality through deduplication, validation, and enrichment
• Prepare lists for campaign readiness and performance tracking

Qualifications
• 3–5+ years experience in B2B email marketing, CRM, or marketing operations
• Experience in clinical research, CROs, life sciences, or healthcare services strongly preferred
• Proven ability to market to Sponsors, CROs, research sites, or healthcare organizations
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Apollo.io, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, or similar
• Strong understanding of email deliverability and domain health
• Experience with list building, data enrichment, and validation tools
• Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-directed and able to proactively improve systems and processes
Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
